Each card comes with local access numbers, toll free (800) number and a PIN number. The dialing method is simple as following:

  • Dial Access numbers (higher per minute rate if using 800 Access number)
  • Choose language
  • Enter your destination number
    North America 1 + area code + phone number + #
    International 011 + country code + area code + phone number + #
  • Press # # to place another call

Buyer of phone card accepts the following terms and conditions:

  • Billing is based on one minute increment. Calls may be rounded to the next subsequent full minute.
  • Advertised minutes are based on one continues call.
  • Minutes, rates, fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.
  • Rate changes and surcharges may reduce advertised minutes by up to 50% and by more if costs of minutes to ComNet change substantially.
  • Calls from toll free access numbers may be charged up to an additional 3¢ per minute.
  • A surcharge of 99¢ applies for any calls from a public payphone.
  • Calls to international cellular numbers may have higher rates.
  • A disconnection may occur due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control.
  • ComNet reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the service countries and destinations without prior notice.
  • Purchaser is responsible for any loss, use or theft of this card.
  • This card may be deactivated without notice if fraud or theft is reasonably suspected.
  • All liabilities are limited to the value of the cards purchased.
  • For expiry after first use, please refer to the product description for details or else the card will expire in two years after purchase.
  • For the First Purchase order, our staff will review the billing information. Once it is confirmed, the pin number will be sent to the registered email address within 24 hours.
