Data My Way™ brings you three different data speeds and the freedom to switch between them at any time, helping your 4G LTE data last longer!

If you only use data for simple things like email, you can switch to "Super Saver." To conserve data while enjoying videos or streaming music, choose "Optimized." Downloading large files or gaming online? Go to "Full Speed.”

By optimizing your settings, you'll save 4G LTE data and enjoy it longer! All Ultra Mobile subscribers can change data speeds at any time by logging into their account.

DataXtra is a NEW and FREE feature available on Ultra Mobile’s active unlimited data plans, which enhances your high-speed data experience. Now, when you use all your 4G LTE data, our 3G high-speed data kicks in automatically—at no extra cost!

International Roaming

Use your Ultra Mobile phone while traveling around the globe with our International Roaming feature! All Ultra Mobile subscribers get a one-time International Roaming credit, and pay just $0.25 cents per minute to make and receive calls while roaming internationally, and just $0.05 to send an SMS text message from outside of the US. (Receiving SMS text messages is free while roaming outside the US.) Unused International Roaming balances carry over from month to month and never expire!
Want to add to your International Roaming balance? Do it with UpRoam! Just as with UpINTL, UpRoam allows Ultra Mobile subscribers to add money to their International Roaming balance in amounts of $5, $10 or $20 at a time. Subscribers can UpRoam by logging into their account online, texting ‘UPROAM’ to 6700, paying in person at an Ultra Mobile retail location or calling customer care by dialing 611.

SIM Card Activation

There are three ways to activate your SIM card:
  1. Activate Online: Please go to www.ultramobile.com/activate and enter the 11-digit activation number located on the back of your SIM card. The online process will guide you through the rest of the steps. Please keep your 11 digit Activation Code available until your service has been fully activated.
  2. Activate by Phone: Just call Ultra Customer Service at 888-777-0446.
  3. Activate With a Text Message: To activate your SIM and get a new local phone number, text GOGO + your 5 digit zip code to 6700. (For example GOGO 90045, this is the zip code for Los Angeles). Please note that phone number transfer is not available in SMS activations.

Network Coverage

Ultra Mobile offers nationwide coverage including ultra-fast 4G LTE data. To see coverage in your area, enter your zip code on Ultra Mobile's website at Ultra Mobile. Once you have set your zip, you can also zoom out to view coverage in your area and nationwide as well as available nearby retail stores. Our retailers can give you personalized service and activate your phone instantly.


  • US Orders: through USPS First Class Package; estimated delivery is within 4-8 business days.
  • Canadian Orders: through USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service; estimated delivery is within 8-14 business days.

Return Policy

  • Original SIM card package must stay unopen
  • No usage of the SIM card
  • Customer must return the original SIM card with hardcopies of PO email and Shipping email within 14 days of order received
  • Customer is responsible for postage of returning the SIM card
  • Once the return has been confirmed, a credit will be applied to the original payment card that was used for purchase.


International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:
  • Delays from customs inspection
  • Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay
Product Warranty
  • ComNet is a reseller of the Ultra Mobile US SIM card. If the product has physical damages upon arrival, we will exchange one for you. More detail in the above return policy.
  • We cannot guarantee the Ultra Mobile network service and the accuracy of the product information provided, such as rates, roaming rates and service charges.
