SIM Card Activation

There are three ways to activate your SIM card:
  1. Text "GOGO + ZIP CODE" to 6700 when customers have arrived in the U.S. (for example GOGO 90045, this is the zip code for Los Angeles)
  2. Activate your SIM card online at ultra.me/orange
  3. Activate your SIM card over the phone by calling 888 899-0820.
For Option 2 & 3, customers will need the 11 digit Activation Code found in the upper right corner of the back of your SIM card. When prompted, please enter the activation code and follow the instructions. Please keep your 11 digit Activation Code with you until your service has been activated and you have a working phone number.

Network Coverage

Ultra Mobile offers nationwide coverage including ultra-fast 4G LTE data. To see coverage in your area, enter your zip code on Ultra Mobile's website at ultra.me. Once you have set your zip, you can also zoom out to view coverage in your area and nationwide as well as available nearby retail stores. Our retailers can give you personalized service and activate your phone instantly.


  • US Orders: through USPS First Class Package; estimated delivery is within 4-8 business days.
  • Canadian Orders: through USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service; estimated delivery is within 8-14 business days.

Return Policy

  • Original SIM card package must stay unopen
  • No usage of the SIM card
  • Customer must return the original SIM card with hardcopies of PO email and Shipping email within 14 days of order received
  • Customer is responsible for postage of returning the SIM card
  • Once the return has been confirmed, a credit will be applied to the original payment card that was used for purchase.


International items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:
  • Delays from customs inspection
  • Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay
Product Warranty
  • ComNet is a reseller of the Ultra Mobile US SIM card. If the product has physical damages upon arrival, we will exchange one for you. More detail in the above return policy.
  • We cannot guarantee the Ultra Mobile network service and the accuracy of the product information provided, such as rates, roaming rates and service charges. Ultra Mobile may change without prior notice to ComNet. It’s totally at Ultra Mobile’s discretion.
